Waar kan je insuline het beste injecteren? Bestaat daar wetenschappelijke evidentie over?

Zover mij bekend is zijn bovenbenen, bovenarmen de buik en de bil nog steeds de plaats waar men insuline kan en mag injecteren.
De meest gebruikte plaatsen zijn het bovenbeen en de buik.
Sommige diabeten zijn wat leniger en spuiten zelf in de bil, maar daar is wel wat oefening voor nodig weet ik uit ervaring.
Maar de bil is wel een heel goed alternatief indien men benen of buik door het ontstaan van spuitplekken
of ontstekingen even moet ontlasten.Vriendelijke groeten,
